Status report.

I had fun today!!! And I have come to the conclution that European laptops are VERY different from the normal ones. It feels odd. Cos I´ll waste time trying to figure out what symbol is where. And the letters z and y are switched on this keyboard. So whenever I wanna type a y, I always type a z. Sigh. Then I have to delete and start over.

So anyway, today was FUN. Met up with Hazel, Joel, Carmen, Isabel, Sherm and Stanley at Bugis, which I ended up almost lost because Stanley and Carmen´s sense of direction wasn´t very good. LOL. But at least I found them in the end.

Oh yeah. And Hazel and Carmen said in my post it was really obvious what I was planning to give her. Whoops. And she told me to give it to Hozzy for safe keeping until she gets back. Sigh… I guess I should have given it to her before she started packing? Haha.

Anywayy. I´m going out to watch Ice Age 3 soon. Waiting for another half an hour before going then to Bishan to watch. Didn´t want to go out at first but I caved. After all, I´ll be dumb to give up a free movie. Especially when the said movie´s supposed to be good. So.

Me and Carmen did a VERY silly thing on the way back. We sat at the front of the platform camwhoring and then got a call from the guys asking us where we were. And then we found out that they thought we had already gone so they went on the train first!So then the train came and we got on, before realizing that oh no, it was the wrong train! We were supposed to take the circle line back to Serangoon but we were on the red line and heading to bradell. So we rushed off the train and ran all the way to the other side and took it back to Bishan. Sigh. Then ran to take the Circle line train. Oh boy. By the time we reached, Sherman was the only one there. HAHA. Oh well. Joel said we were gonna die tmrw in BAY though… Eek.

There´s no dance tomorrow!!!! Screeeeeam!!!

At Fish & Co today. Sigh. At the rate I´m going… Whoo. First MOS burger plus ice cream, then pizza hut, then cabonara, then now Fish & Co!

And my diet-plan failed today. Haha. Went to Crown to eat lunch with Lyn & Shze, went to Pizza Hut. How fantastic.

But oh well. Tmrw is always another day.

I’m getting my uniforms tailored but my grandma has super strict ideas about how the uni if going to be. So annoying. She can’t deal with just one or two inches difference??

Hopefully when the lady comes I’ll be able to tell her what I want.

I’m so sick of the ugly uniforms.

Webcamming with Lyn is funny. Her mom’s funny too. We should do this more often, Lyn. Haha

Gave her her birthday present today and her card that I spent last night doing, which I thought was nicely done, being the oh so modest me.

So OM portfolio to be done tomorrow at KAP, so I will try to contain myself. And then Friday is farewell lunch with Hazel with the rest. *sob*

TGIF! The first week of school has finally ended. Thank God. Although I have to admit it passed quite quickly.

Today was fun.

After school, went out with mom and I got to drive around our carpark area Managed NOT to knock down the ice cream uncle and not to crash into anything My mom was impressed. Haha. I think I am going to have a lot of experience in driving by the time I’m old enough to take my driver’s licience. Haha.

So then after vegging on the couch until 5+, we decided to go shopping at Orchard. So took the MRT to Cineleisure, bought Lyn’s B’day present, bought a dress, ate dinner, then went to Wheelock to get _ _ _ _ _ a gift. Really like the Paperchase notebook, hope she likes it too. So then we went to Far East to do MORE shopping. Mom bought 2 more dresses from Max&More for me. Whoo!

THEN. We went to this super posh place where it was kinda an outdoor ‘bar’. There were loads of Westerners there, and they were all obviously RICH. So we sat at the bar counter, and I ordered my first Shirley Temple:D Mom had a Pina Colada. It was suuuuuper sweet. And the 7up made my tongue taste funny after a while but it was nice Mom’s pina colada was GOOD but it had rum which I wasn’t used to. Should have ordered the virgin Pina Colada. Yum.

Then while we were there we people-watched and commented on all the passers-by’s outfits. HAHA. And we were like rating all the guys that passed us. Like, “Ew. Ew. Double ew! Okay that one not bad.” HAHA. So fun.

Walking back was… whoo. Our feet were dying. Me and my flat footed-ness, my mom and her childhood injury. So we were dying by the time we reached home. My feet are still recovering the feel of them.

So YUP. Today was a good day. Handed up my History assignment (though I hope they won’t minus marks for taking too much info) and we found out that Lang Arts stereotyping project is due on Wednesday, so I’ll probably go find out some background music for the video. Hopefully I’ll be ale to find some without the use of Garage Band which I have no access to.

So I’ll end of with: HAPPY BIRTHDAY LYNN! YOU’RE FINALLY 14, SO OLD. I HOPE YOU’LL LIKE MY PRESENT! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOADS.

Now my feet are numb.

Weekends, here I come.

I finally got my ballet results.

Freaking disappointed.

The whole class got distinction. I’m the only one who didn’t.

Short of 2 marks till a distinction and I couldn’t get it.

Just ’cause my feet aren’t nicely turned out, my flexibility is weaker than others.

Am I that bad than the rest??

I feel like shit.

I cried. Oh God I cried.

Church camp.

Palace of the Golden Horses was HUGE. And FILLED with horse drawings, horse statues, horse fountain, horse painted ceiling, etc.

Church camp was really really really really fun x20. Grouping together with the adults was a different experience and though I felt negative about some things I think it was a good thing hearing their views and all.

The messages was really good, Prof. Freddy Boey is funny.

And of course, nothing can beat the crashing of rooms at night Since Ben, Gareth and Kenny were the unfortunate ones to have occupied the room next to ours, it became our second room. Night time crashes, prank calls, fake deliveries and room services. Watched Wolverine again on Ben’s laptop on the last night and nearly died the next morning.

I didn’t want camp to end. I still wish it didn’t.

The reality of all the uncompleted homework and projects produced a wave of nostalgia  when i came back. Sigh.

Better get on to it.
